In addition to his extensive knowledge of the New Media environment, Adcox also has experience in the hospitality industry as a former Director of Marketing Services for Belz Hotels – The Peabody Hotel and its many restaurants being among the numerous properties under his charge. He also grew up working at his family’s own restaurant and hotel business in east central Mississippi.
Shortly after leaving the Belz organization to start his own advertising and design firm, Adcox developed the LunchFax, a permission-based service faxing daily restaurant specials to over 8,000 businesses and individuals throughout the Mid-South. But according to Adcox, the technology to sustain the service just wasn’t there, “After operating the LunchFax for about 4 years, I realized that there were limitations to faxing daily lunch specials. But the Internet changed everything. That’s when I realized we could use the technologies developed for MailSpeek.com and SnappyBaby.com to help restaurants market in the New Media environment with a permission-based email service that’s effective for restaurants and fun for customers.”
We hope you enjoy TheLuchBuzz.com as much as Norman enjoys eating!
Eat well and Bee happy.

TheLunchBuzz.com was conceived by new media entrepreneur Norman Adcox, who not only loves to eat, but is president of NuRealm Media – a Memphis based internet marketing company specializing in web development and the application of New Media marketing strategies.
LunchBuzz grew out of technologies developed for two websites launched by Adcox and his wife Sherry Henson: MailSpeek.com, a permission-based email marketing company that pioneers technology allowing customers the ability to record a voice message over a cell phone that can be played within an email. And SnappyBaby.com, an Internet based service where expectant parents can record a voice message on their cell phone (as soon as the baby is born) and their contacts immediately receive a personalized phone call and a voice-email. Both companies are operating successfully, and gaining market share annually.
